For over sixteen years Jan’s Pilates Fitness has been devoted to making clients successful in their fitness goals and Pilates practice. I have been dedicated to offer outstanding training for everyone, from the least fit to elite athletes. I continue to be committed to not only your physical fitness but also to your health and wellness. I truly care about every client.
My studio provides a welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe, be yourself and enjoy stress-free movement in a private environment.
